3.3 Jurisdiction. Members are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the viwin96 Platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction of residence. viwin96 does not accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited.
3.4 By registering, you represent and warrant that: (a) you are of legal age as defined in Section 3.1; (b) your registration and use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction; (c) you are not a compulsive gambler or subject to a self-exclusion order; and (d) you are registering on your own behalf and not as an agent or nominee for any third party.
4.1 Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) viwin96 Account. Registration of duplicate accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.
4.2 You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and Malaysian mobile number. 4.5 Know Your Customer (KYC). viwin96 is required under its Licence to conduct identity and source-of-funds verification for Members. You agree to cooperate fully with KYC requests and to provide all documents requested within the timeframes specified by the Platform's compliance team.
5.1 All Account transactions on the viwin96 Platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). viwin96 does not impose currency conversion fees.
5.2 Supported deposit methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, FPX, and Public Bank. The minimum deposit amount is MYR 30. Deposits are credited to your Account balance instantly upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider.
5.3 Withdrawals are subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is MYR 50. 6.1 All bonuses and promotional offers made available by viwin96, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and VIP tier rewards, are subject to specific terms including minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, minimum odds conditions, eligible game restrictions, and time limits. 6.2 Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. Real-money funds and Bonus Funds may be maintained in separate wallets within your viwin96 Account for administrative clarity.
